Cheese Filling

• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 13 cup cream cheese
• 14 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1. In a food process or combine all of the ingredients.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
