Chikuwa and Avocado Tossed in Spicy Mayonnaise

  1. Thinly slice the chikuwa, toss with crumbled mentaiko, then add the mayonnaise and yuzu-kosho paste.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice on the avocado, toss all the ingredients together, then it's ready to serve.
