Scalloped Sausage And Potatoes Recipe
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 4 med. potatoes (4 c.), thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounce. shredded cheese (Colby or possibly cheddar)
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk, heated
- Brown sausage and drain well.
- Place half the potatoes in a casserole, sprinkle half the flour and half the salt over potatoes.
- Top with half the sausage and half the cheese.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
- Pour heated lowfat milk over all.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
- Uncover and bake 10 more min.
