Blue Cheese Dressing With Cognac Recipe

• 3/4 c. mayonnaise
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled
• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1 teaspoon chopped onion
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 tbsp. cognac

1. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, blue cheese.
2. Add in rest and whisk till semi-smooth.
