Indian-Style BBQ Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture; pour remaining over chicken in shallow dish.
  3. Turn chicken over to evenly coat both sides of each piece.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
  5. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place chicken on barbecue grate.
  8. Grill 24 min.
  9. or until done (170F), turning after 12 min.
  10. and brushing with reserved sauce the last few minutes.
