Jeow Bah aka Spicy Fish Dipping Sauce
- 4 each Dried Fish
- 3 clove Garlic
- 10 each Thai Chili Peppers
- 2 slice Ginger Root
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Chili Pepper
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- Broil ingredients over hi heat for 5 mins on both sides or until charred
- Add salt to mortar
- Peel garlic and add to mortar
- Chop ginger root and add to mortar
- Pound ingredients until it is a pasty condition
- Remove stems from Thai chili peppers and add to mortar
- Add crushed red chili pepper to mortar and toss with spoon
- Add fish to mortar and pound fish until bones are incorporated
- Add fish sauce to mortar and toss with spoon
