nine layer kueh
- 1 cup potato starch
- 2 cup rice flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cup coconut cream
- 1 pinch salt
- Whisk ingredients together, ensuring there is no lumps.
- Prepare steamer, and container that would mould the kueh.
- Pour one layer and allow the kueh to steam for 5 minutes.
- Repeat for the next 7 layers, allowing each layer to steam for 5 minutes.
- Pour the last layer and allow to steam for 15 mins.
- Wait for kueh to cool, before serving.
