nine layer kueh

  1. Whisk ingredients together, ensuring there is no lumps.
  2. Prepare steamer, and container that would mould the kueh.
  3. Pour one layer and allow the kueh to steam for 5 minutes.
  4. Repeat for the next 7 layers, allowing each layer to steam for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the last layer and allow to steam for 15 mins.
  6. Wait for kueh to cool, before serving.
