Devil's Food Orange Creme Parfaits

• 2 JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin Snacks
• 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided
• 2 fat-free devil's food cookie cakes, divided

1. Spoon gelatin into small bowl; flake with fork.
2. Stir in 2 Tbsp.
3. COOL WHIP; spoon into 2 dessert dishes.
4. Chop 1 cookie; sprinkle over gelatin mixture.
5. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
6. Cut remaining cookie in half; use to garnish parfaits.
