Lower-Fat Caesar Dressing

  1. Combine vinegar, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a blender and mix.
  2. Add yogurt and either anchovies or anchovy paste and blend together thoroughly.
  3. In a slow stream add olive oil through the hole in the lid.
  4. Refrigerate dressing until ready to use.
