Italian Ranch Chicken Breast

  1. Mix bread crumbs and dressing mix.
  2. Coat chicken breasts evenly with flour.
  3. Dip breasts into eggs, then into bread crumb mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
  4. Cook chicken in hot oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is browned on both sides and cooked through (175F).
