Italian Ranch Chicken Breast
- 1-1/2 qt. Plain dry bread crumbs
- 1-1/2 cups GOOD SEASONS Ranch Dry Mix Salad Dressing
- 50 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 3-1/4 cups eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups oil
- Mix bread crumbs and dressing mix.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with flour.
- Dip breasts into eggs, then into bread crumb mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
- Cook chicken in hot oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is browned on both sides and cooked through (175F).
