Sausage With Corn Stuffing

  1. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and juices run clear.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat water.
  3. Stir in butter until melted; remove from the heat.
  4. Add stuffing mix and parsley; stir until just moistened.
  5. Drain sausage; cut into 1/4 inch slices.
  6. Stir the sausage, carrot, corn, onion and celery into stuffing mixture.
  7. Add cheese; toss to combine.
  8. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  9. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
