Creamy Chicken Vol-au-vents

  1. Combine cream cheese spread, chicken, eggs, capers, basil, and lemon rind.
  2. Spoon mixture into vol-au-vents and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until filling is hot and pastry is golden brown.
  4. Serve with a green salad
