Creamy Chicken Vol-au-vents
- 1 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup capers
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
- rind of 1 lemon
- 8 x 1 cup vol au vents cases
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- green salad, to serve
- Combine cream cheese spread, chicken, eggs, capers, basil, and lemon rind.
- Spoon mixture into vol-au-vents and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until filling is hot and pastry is golden brown.
- Serve with a green salad
