Ez Macaroni Casserole

  1. Cook macaroni according to package to al dente.
  2. Drain; set aside.
  3. While pasta is cooking, cook and crumble ground beef with green peppers in a large skillet.
  4. Drain fat and return to skillet.
  5. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, garlic, thyme and pepper to the drained beef.
  6. Sir in cooked macaroni and 1 cup of the cheese.
  7. Pour into a 13' x 9" casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle w/ remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
