Chile Nut Honey W/Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In shallow baking pan toast walnuts for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Cool slightly; chop coarsely.
  4. In a bowl, stir together the nuts, honey and ground pepper.
  5. To serve, bring cheese to room temperature.
  6. Serve w/honey mixture and crusty bread.
