Macaroni And cheese

  1. Bring pasta to boil and cook.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave chicken broth and milk in a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup until hot.
  3. Melt butter, whisk in flour, then hot milk mixture.
  4. Continue to whisk until thick, 3-4 minutes.
  5. Whisk in mustard, Parmesan cheese, pepper.
  6. Stir in cheddar until melted.
  7. Add Pasta to sauce, add water if too thick.
