Macaroni And cheese
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 lb Bite size pasta
- 2 12 ounce cans evaporated milk
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Black pepper to taste
- 1 lb Extra sharp cheddar cheese
- Bring pasta to boil and cook.
- Meanwhile, microwave chicken broth and milk in a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup until hot.
- Melt butter, whisk in flour, then hot milk mixture.
- Continue to whisk until thick, 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk in mustard, Parmesan cheese, pepper.
- Stir in cheddar until melted.
- Add Pasta to sauce, add water if too thick.
