Stuffed Chicken Breasts
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts With Skin
- 6 ounces, weight Cornbread Stuffing (1 Box)
- 1 whole Medium-sized Zucchini (or 2 Small Ones)
- 3 whole Apples
- 1 cup Or More Grated Swiss Cheese, To Taste
- Honey, To Drizzle Over The Chicken
- (The above amounts of zucchini, apples, and Swiss cheese are subject to taste.
- Use more or less depending on what you like!)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 1.
- Prepare cornbread stuffing as instructed on the box (or make it from scratch if youre extra adventurous!).
- 2.
- Peel and dice apples and zuccini into small pieces.
- 3.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- 4.
- Combine stuffing, zucchini, apples, and cheese, in a bowl and mix with hands.
- 5.
- Stuff a small handful of stuffing under the skin of each breast and place in a baking dish.
- 6.
- Arrange leftover stuffing around the chicken breasts.
- 7.
- Drizzle with honey.
- 8.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- It may take longer or shorter depending on the size of chicken breasts.
- Be sure to drizzle with honey 2 to 3 more times while baking.

- Note: you could really use any part of a chicken; I just prefer the breast.
