Wild Green Enchiladas

  2. Fry ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion salt until done.

  4. Pour 1/2 cup of green sauce from can.

  6. Fill tortilla with 1/2 cup of ground beef and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
  7. Roll up and put seam side down in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.

  9. Pour the rest of the green sauce on top, smooshing it down on the sides.

  11. Top with remaining cheddar cheese or the amount you like.
  12. 6.
  13. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
