Wild Green Enchiladas
- 1 package Flour Tortillas
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 can Green Enchilada Sauce (27 Oz.), Divided
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1.
- Fry ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion salt until done.
- 2.
- Pour 1/2 cup of green sauce from can.
- 3.
- Fill tortilla with 1/2 cup of ground beef and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Roll up and put seam side down in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
- 4.
- Pour the rest of the green sauce on top, smooshing it down on the sides.
- 5.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese or the amount you like.
- 6.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
