Baked Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 cup Large Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 can Creamed Corn (16 Oz)
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn (16 Oz. Undrained)
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Velveeta Brand Cheese, Cut Into Cubes
- Place all ingredients into a 2.5-quart greased casserole dish.
- Stir.
- Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
- Cover for the first 30 minutes and uncover for the last 30 minutes.
- I have put this in the crock pot on low when arriving to work in the morning, and it has been ready for a potluck at noon.
