Pumpkin Bread-Heart Healthy
- 1 12 cups wheat flour
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
- 1 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 23 cup water
- Sift Dry ingredients together, including sugar and splenda.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture; mix until blended.
- Makes 3 big loaves, 4 medium, 6 small, or 2 large and 1 Med.
