Sausage Stuffing For Turkey Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 c. cracker crumbs
• Salt and pepper
• 1 pound sausage
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 2 tbsp. sherry

1. Let onion brown in butter, add in other ingredients and cook a few min, or possibly till sausage is cooked.
