Orzo and Vegetable Salad

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions; cool.
  2. Combine orzo, peas, onions and bell pepper in large bowl, pour dressing over and toss.
  3. Cover; chill several hours or overnight.
  4. Serve in lettuce cups; garnish with tomato.
