Oatmeal Apple Crisp
- 2 cups green apples, sliced
- 13 cup sugar
- 14 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons light margarine
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place apples, sugar, & lemon juice in 8"x8" baking dish.
- Rub together oats, brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, & margarine.
- Press oat mixture over apples.
- Bake 45 minutes.
