Pudding Fudge

  1. Microwave 4 oz chocolate, 6 Tbsp butter and water on high for 2 minutes, then stir.
  2. Add pudding mix and stir until well-blended.
  3. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well blended.
  4. Press tino 8 in square pan.
  5. Microwave the rest of the chocolate and 2 Tbsp butter 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Stir until chocolate is melted completely.
  7. Spread over pudding mixture.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
  9. Cut into 48 squares.
