Easy Tuna Dinner Recipe
- 1 (5 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) can sm. peas
- 1 (9 ounce.) can tuna fish (in spring water)
- Sm. can pimentos
- 1/2 green pepper
- Place 1/2 noodles in a shallow baking dish.
- Top with cottage cheese.
- Combine soup with lowfat milk in saucepan.
- Heat till smooth.
- Add in peas, pimentos, green pepper, and flaked tuna.
- Put on top of first noodles, then sprinkle rest of noodles on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or possibly 20 min.
