Sour Cream Walnut Coffee Cake Recipe

  1. Combine butter and sugar, creaming till light and fluffy.
  2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt; add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts; mixing well.
  6. Spoon about 1/3 of batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or possibly Bundt pan; sprinkle with 1/3 of nut mix.
  7. Repeat layers twice; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
  8. Let stand 5 min before removing from pan.
  9. Place on serving dish and drizzle with glaze.
