Broccoli Rabe and Garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 16 oz. broccoli rabe
- Heat oil and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 1 minute or until garlic is aromatic.
- Add broccoli rabe and 3 tablespoons water.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until stems are tender.
- Top each serving with strips of Parmesan cheese shaved off a chunk with a vegetable peeler.
