Baked Parmesan Roughy

  1. in a large resealable plastic bag, combine cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and salt.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine eggs and milk.
  3. Dip fish fillers in egg mixture, then shake in cornflake mixture.
  4. Transfer to a greased 15 inch X 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
