Prawns in Parsley Sauce

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan on a medium heat.
  2. Add the prawns, garlic powder, hot sauce and salt.
  3. Cook for about a minute stirring often.
  4. Add the whiskey and lemon juice and cook for a further minute or so.
  5. Then add the parsley and cook for about 2 minutes or until the prawns are done.
  6. Check seasoning.
  7. Serve immediately with bread.
