Easy Pacific Saury Kabayaki
- 3 whole fish Pacific saury
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Fillet the Pacific saury, cut each piece in half, then lightly coat with flour.
- Blot off the excess moisture, put oil in a frying pan, then cook both sides of the fish until golden brown.
- Push the cooked fish to the side of the pan, pour in the combined seasonings, bring to a boil, then coat the fish in the sauce and serve.
