Easy Pacific Saury Kabayaki

  1. Fillet the Pacific saury, cut each piece in half, then lightly coat with flour.
  2. Blot off the excess moisture, put oil in a frying pan, then cook both sides of the fish until golden brown.
  3. Push the cooked fish to the side of the pan, pour in the combined seasonings, bring to a boil, then coat the fish in the sauce and serve.
