Asian Veggie Spread

• 3 scallions, green and white parts finely sliced
• 14 seedless cucumber, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon tamari or 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
