Nectarine Ham & Cheese Panini
- 2 slices Bread, Thinly Cut
- 1- 1/2 ounce, weight Spreadable Cheese (such As Brie Or Tallegio) Without The Rind
- 2 slices Thin-cut Deli Ham
- 1 whole Nectarine Or Peach, Sliced
- 4 leaves Fresh Basil
- 1 pinch Coarse Salt
- 1 pinch Coarse Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- For each sandwich, spread cheese across one slice of bread.
- Layer ham, nectarine slices, and a few basil leaves.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired and top with a second slice of bread.
- Butter the outsides of the sandwich and grill or cook in a pan about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
