Chinese Hot Pot

  1. Combine broth, wine and soy sauce in large saucepan.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Add noodles, vegetables and chicken.
  4. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, 5-8 minutes.
  5. Remove pan from heat.
  6. Stir in watercress and onions.
