Chinese Hot Pot
- 4 (13 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken in half (discard seasoning packet)
- 8 ounces frozen oriental-style vegetables
- 1 (4 ounce) can baby corn, drained
- 1 cup fresh snow pea
- 1 lb chicken, cut in bite sized pieces
- 1 bunch watercress, trimmed
- 4 green onions, cut in 1 inch lengths
- Combine broth, wine and soy sauce in large saucepan.
- Heat to boiling.
- Add noodles, vegetables and chicken.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, 5-8 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat.
- Stir in watercress and onions.
