Artichoke Fish Salad Recipe

  1. Marinate the artichoke hearts in the French dressing.
  2. Combine all other ingredients save lettuce and artichoke hearts.
  3. Add in the shredded lettuce and toss until well blended or possibly serve salad separately on a bed of lettuce.
  4. Garnish each portion with 2 artichoke hearts.
