Meatloaf Italiano Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's Zesty tomato soup sauce
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 12 ounce. Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- In bowl mix thoroughly 1/2 c. soup, beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, Large eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
- In baking pan firmly shape into 8 x 4 inch loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till done.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- drippings.
- In saucepan heat remaining soup, water and reserve drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon over meatloaf.
- Serves 8.
