Sausage Cheese Bites

  1. In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage.
  2. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese.
  4. Add the sausage and stir until well blended.
  5. Stir in water just until mixed.
  6. Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
  7. Place on greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes or until golden.
  9. Baked bites may be frozen; reheat at 375F for 6-8 minutes.
