Beef With Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Cut meat in thin, narrow strips.
  2. Dredge in flour.
  3. Using a large skillet, quickly brown meat on all sides in warm oil.
  4. Add in onions, broth, thyme and liquid from mushrooms.
  5. Cover and simmer about 45 min.
  6. Add in mushrooms and peas.
  7. Cover and cook 5-7 min.
  8. Stir in lowfat sour cream.
  9. Heat but don't boil.
  10. Serve over warm rice.
