Buffalo cauliflower
- 16 oz cauliflower
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 cup your favorite hot sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Microwave the cauliflower on high for 6 minutes with a slit in the bag.
- When done let sit 3 minutes.
- While this is going on make the sauce
- Heat the margarine, butter, hot sauce, garlic, and turmeric in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Mix water and cornstarch add to boiling hot sauce.
- When cauliflower is done open bag add salt be careful not to steam yourself.
- Add cauliflower to sauce stir well coating all the cauliflower.
- Serve, hope you enjoy!
