Lobster Kendall Recipe

  1. Lightly saute/fry the lobster, scallops, leeks, mushrooms, and raisins in the butter till cooked.
  2. Add in the wine and salt and pepper to taste and heat through.
  3. Add in the cream sauce, and simmer for a few min to blend the flavors and slightly reduce the sauce.
  4. Serve in casserole garnished with minced parsley.
