Luscious Chocolate Truffle Loaf With Raspberry Sauce Recipe

  1. Line 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Mix 1/2 c. cream with egg yolks.
  3. In 3-qt saucepan stir chocolate, corn syrup and butter over medium heat till melted.
  4. Add in egg mix.
  5. Stirring constantly, cook 3 min.
  6. Cold to room temperature.
  7. Beat remaining cream, sugar and vanilla till soft peaks form.
  8. Carefully fold into chocolate mix till no streaks remain.
  9. Pour into pan.
  10. Chill overnight or possibly refrigeratein freezer 3 hrs.
  11. Serve with sauce.
