ice coffee latte

• 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 4 cup chocolate milk
• 2 cup cold water
• 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 1 ice cubes
• 1 cool whip

1. in a large bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water.
2. stir in chocolate milk ,Coldwater and condensed milk Serve over ice.
3. top with cool whip
