BAKER'S Nuts-About-You Fudge Sauce

• 6 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 20 Kraft Caramels

1. CHOP chocolate; heat with remaining ingredients in top of double boiler until chocolate and caramels melt.
2. POUR into jars and seal.
3. To serve, heat in microwave on HIGH for 1 minutes.
4. Serve over ice cream.
