Vickys Lemon & Courgette Linguine, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Cook the linguine according to the pack directions then drain
  2. Add the courgettes, oil, garlic, zest, chillies and most of the basil
  3. Season to taste and toss together.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of extra oil and the remaining leaves scattered on top
