Breakfast in a Cookie
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 13 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, beat together the first 6 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Add flour, oats and baking soda, beating until combined.
- Stir in raisins and cereal (it will be stiff).
- Roll about 1/3 cup at a time and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Pat the balls firmly, then press down to flatten slightly.
- Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
