Breakfast in a Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the first 6 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add flour, oats and baking soda, beating until combined.
  4. Stir in raisins and cereal (it will be stiff).
  5. Roll about 1/3 cup at a time and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Pat the balls firmly, then press down to flatten slightly.
  7. Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
