Low carb brownie batter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter (I use Peter pan creamy)
- 8 drops of liquid stevia ( or 2 packets of granulated artificial sweetener)
- 1 tbsp no sugar added cocoa powder
- Place cream cheese and peanut butter in a glass bowl in microwave for 25 to 30 seconds
- Stir ingredients until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Allow "batter" to cool in refrigerator and enjoy!
