Chicken Fillets In Tomato And Wine Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat pan with butter to medium-high.
  2. Brown chicken about 2 min each side.
  3. Remove chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour tomato liquid in fry pan with onion, garlic and basil.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min till onion is tender.
  6. Add in tomatoes, wine and chicken.
  7. Cover and simmer 15 min.
  8. Remove cover and cook on medium 5 min.
  9. Serve over fettucini.
  10. Serves 4.
