Bleu Cheese Dip
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled
- 1 12 cups blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, more to taste
- 13 cup plain yogurt
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped
- potato chips, for serving
- vegetables, for serving
- In a food processor, combine eggs, bleu cheese, lemon juice, yogurt, and salt and pepper; process.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in green onions; serve.
