Feta & Shrimp Chopped Salad
- 1/4 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 4 cups tightly packed chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir shrimp in 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Drain pasta.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add pasta, shrimp and remaining dressing; mix lightly.
