Vietnamese Dipping Sauce Recipe

• 2 tablespoons Prawn Brand Fish Sauce
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon sambal oelek

1. Combine all ingredients in a small nonreactive bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
2. Let sit about 5 minutes to allow flavors to combine, then add more sugar if necessary.
