Pizza Fondue
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups White Wine
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 24 ounces, fluid Marinara Sauce
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 loaf Italian Bread, Cubed
- Assorted Fresh Veggies, Chopped

- In a medium-sized pot, simmer the garlic and white wine in the olive oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
- Add marinara sauce.
- 2.
- Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat to medium.
- 3.
- Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cornstarch to a Ziploc bag and shake.
- Add mixture to the marinara sauce, 1/4 at a time.

- Stir over medium heat until all of the cheese is melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.

- Stir in the basil.
- 6.
- Transfer mixture to fondue pot.
- 7.
- Serve with cubed bread and fresh veggies.
- Note: For those of you who dont want to use white wine (or quite frankly dont happen to have a mere 1/4 cup laying around unused), feel free to either substitute white grape juice or leave this ingredient out of the recipe altogether.
