Tasty Meatloaf

• 1 12 lbs ground beef
• 12 lb ground Italian sausage (optional)
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
• 12 cup seasoned stuffing mix (more if needed)
• 14 cup cream (or milk)
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 14 cup catsup or 14 cup tomato sauce
• 14 cup barbecue sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix together all meatloaf ingredients until well combined in a large bowl (adding in a little more breadcrumbs if needed).
3. Pack the mixture into prepared loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
5. Meanwhile, combine katsup and bbq sauce.
6. Spoon some of the sauce over meat loaf.
7. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
